Job summary

Cpl Life Sciences is partnering with a fast-growing global oncology biopharma to recruit a Key Account Manager covering the Netherlands. This field-based role focuses on a portfolio with genuine momentum as the Dutch business is being invested in.

You will manage priority hospital accounts, conduct full account planning, and engage omnichannel through face-to-face, remote, and approved digital channels, working closely with Medical Affairs and a contracting specialist to navigate access.

Qualifications

• Haemato-oncology field-based sales experience.
• Track record managing complex hospital accounts in the Netherlands.
• Ability to gain and expand access in restricted environments.
• Established network with Dutch stakeholders is a strong plus.
• Fluent Dutch and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Defined portfolio of priority hospital accounts.
• Full account planning: stakeholder mapping, patient flow, formulary status.
• Omnichannel engagement across face-to-face, remote and approved digital channels.
• Close partnership with Medical Affairs and a dedicated contracting specialist.
