Job summary

Viatris Netherlands is seeking a Pricing, Tender & Demand Associate Manager to partner with stakeholders across Europe to optimize pricing, tenders and demand planning for our pharmaceutical portfolio. You will build business cases, develop dashboards, maintain tender pipelines, and ensure price governance while collaborating with supply chain, finance and sales in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 3 years in pricing or tender, with Dutch market experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3 years in Pricing, Tender or demand planning.
• 2 years in the Dutch pharmaceutical market.
• Excellent Analytical, communication, administrative and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated project management.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in business environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to maximize revenue and manage pricing risks.
• Prepare business cases and coordinate pricing exceptions.
• Advise on pricing decisions and develop dashboards to monitor performance.
• Maintain wholesale & HIC tender processes and data.
• Ensure price governance and timely price/tender proposals.
• Translate pricing strategies into demand forecasting with supply chain integration.
• Provide performance reporting to sales, finance and management.
