Job summary

ORTEC Logiplan GmbH, based in the Netherlands, seeks a Senior HR Administrator to join the Global HR Operations team. You will deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on accuracy and policy compliance within a global framework.

You will manage contracts, maintain data quality, and collaborate with Payroll and HR partners across countries, while upholding local Dutch requirements and international standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Solid knowledge of Dutch labour law, HR documentation, and payroll processes.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Global & Local HR Operations Support across NL and assigned countries.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and HR documentation according to Dutch labour law and global standards.
• Ensure accurate, confidential, and audit-ready employee data in HR systems.
• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR admin queries.
• Coordinate with HR Partners, Payroll, and specialists on complex cases (sickness, leave, terminations).
• Apply Dutch employment law to ensure compliance and localisation of global HR policies.
• Drive process improvements and maintain HR process documentation.
