You will lead journey building, orchestration, and performance optimization, applying rigorous QA and data-driven improvements to drive engagement and conversions across partners and couriers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Journey Building & Execution: Set up, test, and deploy key lifecycle journeys inside SFMC Journey Builder.
• Campaign Orchestration: Apply segmentation and multi-channel messaging via data extensions.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Review journey metrics and run A/B tests to lift conversions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align with regional and central teams to ensure timely rollouts.
• Process Improvement: Maintain QA standards and simplify execution workflows.
