Responsibilities

• Journey Building & Execution: Set up, test, and deploy key lifecycle journeys inside SFMC Journey Builder.
• Campaign Orchestration: Apply precise segmentation and multi-channel messaging via data extensions.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Review journey metrics and run A/B tests to improve conversions.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Align content with regional/central teams for timely rollouts.
• Process Improvement: Maintain QA standards and streamline workflows.
