Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for the DACH manufacturing/automotive sector. This remote, field sales role targets Germany and neighboring markets, with a focus on top strategic accounts and multi-million-dollar opportunities.

You will develop named account plans, lead complex negotiations, and partner with product specialists and account teams to deliver customer success. Fluency in German and English is required, with a track record of exceeding targets.

Qualifications

10+ years of quota-carrying strategic enterprise software sales experience.
Deep experience selling into enterprise manufacturing/automotive accounts.
Fluent German and English (speaking and writing).
Experience driving transformation deals in large global accounts with multi-million dollar spend.

Responsibilities

Manage a territory of 2–4 strategic customers and report to the Director of Strategic Sales for the DACH region.
Develop and close new opportunities, implement account/territory plans, and drive expansion across Atlassian products.
Be primary contact or escalation point for selected strategic accounts.
Identify key decision-makers and build executive relationships.
