Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Finance BPO Deal & Solution Lead to drive the growth of our Finance Operations and BPO across the Netherlands and wider Europe, with a focus on the Nordics. You will shape, qualify, and support large outsourcing opportunities, acting as the key interface between sales, solutioning, commercial, and delivery teams.

You will lead end-to-end solutioning, due diligence, and commercial support, translating client requirements into scalable Finance Operations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GBS, BPO, or related field.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading large-scale outsourcing pursuits with €50M+ contract values.
• Experience in business case development, operating model design, and solution development.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Finance Master Data.
• Experience supporting complex client negotiations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication, with C-suite engagement.
• Ability to operate across sales, commercial, solutioning, technology, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to identify, qualify, and shape Finance Operations outsourcing opportunities.
• Lead client discussions, assessments, and discovery workshops to understand business challenges and value drivers.
• Develop high-level business cases, value propositions, and transformation roadmaps.
• Assess opportunity viability, strategic fit, and prioritization.
• Shape opportunities from early-stage qualification through to executable deal strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Finance BPO solutioning and due diligence activities.
• Define target operating models, scope, service delivery models, and governance frameworks.
• Develop transition and transformation approaches with milestones and risks.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated, scalable Finance Operations solutions.
• Collaborate with Digital Core, Supply Chain, industry, technology, and other specialists.
• Provide Finance BPO input into commercial models, pricing, and deal economics.
• Support contract negotiations and SLAs; lead proposals and client presentations.
• Partner with legal, commercial, finance, and delivery teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and expand market presence.
