Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Sales Lead in Financial Services to shape and drive multi-disciplinary, cross-geography opportunities. You will engage with executives to originate opportunities, craft proposals, and close multi-year technology-led transformations across Banking, Capital Markets, Leasing, Insurance and Pensions.

You will manage client relationships, develop strategic opportunities, structure deals, oversee proposals, and work across Strategy & Consulting, Technology

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within a Tier 1 technology services or consulting firm.
• Proven experience selling major digital, technology or business transformations for Financial Services in the Netherlands.
• Deep understanding of Financial Services with focus on Insurance and Pensions in Dutch/European context.
• Experience defining business and IT strategies, operating models, and managing change.
• Commercial acumen with ability to shape creative constructs linked to value and outcomes.
• Experience managing multicultural/multi-country teams and a network in Insurance/Pension in NL.
• Strong consulting skills, analytical and problem solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
• Leadership with ability to establish trust-based relationships; teamwork and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (English mandatory, Dutch preferred).
• Completed Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships; leverage Dutch FS network to identify opportunities.
• Strategic Opportunity Development: Ideate and drive multi-disciplinary opportunities across service lines.
• Sales Strategy and Execution: Shape end-to-end sales strategies and construct deals linked to client value.
• Proposal Management: Own end-to-end proposals and drive project plans under deadlines.
• Industry Expertise Application: Apply FS industry knowledge to transformations and regulatory context.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across Strategy, Technology, Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
