Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation & Enterprise Performance Management Senior Manager within the CFO & Enterprise Value team in Amsterdam. You will oversee diverse projects spanning strategy, delivery, and market-facing initiatives, focusing on Finance strategy, digital transformation, ESG, and GenAI.

Strong leadership and client relationships are essential for growth. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, contribute to sales, and shape new offerings leveraging a global network

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Strategy, Business, Finance, Economics, or related topics.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in project delivery in Finance, strategy or management consulting, or finance function.
• Extensive experience with CFO challenges, finance operating models, intelligent finance processes and ERP technologies.
• Experience with data modelling, analytics and data visualization, AI, and ML technologies.
• Ability to tell stories via compelling presentations and narratives.
• Experience connecting with finance experts and senior stakeholders.
• Leadership and communication skills to mentor and coach teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Finance Transformation and Performance Management projects for CFOs across industries.
• Lead business development and shape new offerings; leverage external network for growth.
• Collaborate with CFOs to optimize finance processes and implement ERP-related improvements.
• Manage finance data, analytics, and GenAI-enabled insights to support decision making.
• Mentor and develop team members and manage organizational change.
