Job summary

Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Amsterdam seeks a Finance Transformation & Enterprise Performance Management Senior Manager to lead end-to-end advisory projects for CFOs. You will drive digital finance transformation, design target operating models, and oversee data, analytics, and Gen AI initiatives.

You will mentor teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development, leveraging Accenture's global network to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Strategy, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 9+ years of experience in finance project delivery, strategy or consulting.
• Experience with CFO challenges, finance operating models, and ERP technologies.
• Experience with data modelling, analytics, AI/ML, and storytelling with data.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
