Accenture in the Netherlands seeks an experienced Sales Lead within Financial Services to shape and drive technology-led transformations. You will orchestrate opportunities from first contact to proposal and closure, collaborating with executives and cross-geography teams to deliver measurable client value.

You will lead multi-disciplinary deals across Strategy, Technology and Operations, building lasting client relationships and guiding teams to win complex engagements in Banking, Capital

Qualifications

• Experience selling major digital, technology or business transformations for FS clients in NL.
• Deep FS industry knowledge with focus on Insurance and Pensions in NL/EU.
• Experience defining business and IT strategies and operating models.
• Commercial acumen with value-based deals.
• Leadership and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication; English required, Dutch preferred.
• Completed Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships, identify new opportunities in NL FS market.
• Partner with Account Teams to develop strategic, cross-service opportunities.
• Shape and execute end-to-end sales strategies and structure deals.
• Own proposals and client presentations under tight deadlines.
• Apply FS industry expertise to inform transformations and regulatory context.
• Collaborate across Strategy, Technology, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
