Job summary

Zeekr Europe in Amsterdam seeks an Area Sales Manager to serve as the primary commercial interface between Zeekr Netherlands and its dealer network. You will own and drive retail sales performance, translate wholesale objectives into actionable retail plans, and manage dealer funnels, stock, and campaigns.

Frontline focus on driving dealer performance, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high-quality dealer experience.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in automotive sales, dealer management, or retail network roles.
• Strong understanding of dealer economics, retail operations, and sales funnels.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive retail sales performance across assigned dealers, ensuring achievement of volume, mix, and revenue targets.
• Translate wholesale objectives into retail actions, securing a healthy stock flow and fast retail turn.
• Set, track, and challenge dealer retail targets, including order intake, deliveries, and pipeline conversion.
• Actively manage dealer funnels, stock positions, demo fleets, and vehicle aging.
• Lead regular dealer business reviews focused on retail KPIs, funnel health, and action planning.
