Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Netherlands to partner with dealers, drive wholesale-to-retail conversion and maximize retail sales performance. You will be the primary commercial interface for dealer partners and lead performance reviews, pricing compliance, and launch support.

The role demands a strong sales mindset, stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch and English in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealer management.
• Experience in EV, premium automotive, or fast-scaling environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive retail sales performance across assigned dealers, achieving volume, mix and revenue targets.
• Translate wholesale objectives into retail actions to secure stock flow and fast retail turn.
• Set, track and challenge dealer retail targets, including order intake, deliveries and pipeline conversion.
• Actively manage dealer funnels, stock positions, demo fleets and vehicle aging.
• Initiate and execute commercial countermeasures to close performance gaps.
• Serve as the first central point of contact for all dealer topics with a strong sales focus.
• Coordinate dealer topics across internal stakeholders such as Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Aftersales, and HQ.
• Drive execution of national/local sales campaigns, incentives and promotions at dealer level.
