Job summary

Zeekr is seeking an Area Sales Manager to partner with our Dutch dealer network and serve as the primary commercial interface for Zeekr Netherlands. You will drive dealer wholesale-to-retail conversion and maximize retail performance, acting as the single point of contact for dealer topics and coordinating with internal teams.

You will own targets, manage stock flow, campaigns, and governance, while leveraging data-driven insights to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in automotive sales, dealer management, or retail network roles.
• Proven experience in dealer wholesale, retail sales steering, or field sales management.
• Strong understanding of dealer economics, retail operations, and sales funnels.
• EV or premium automotive experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive retail sales performance across assigned dealers, achieving volume, mix and revenue targets.
• Translate wholesale objectives into retail actions, secure stock flow and fast retail turn.
• Set, track and challenge dealer retail targets including orders, deliveries, and pipeline conversion.
• Actively manage dealer funnels, stock positions, demo fleets and vehicle aging.
• Lead dealer business reviews with data-driven insights and action plans.
