Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with End User Computing expertise to join our Netherlands team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping them maximize value from Omnissa solutions, especially Workspace ONE and Horizon, and ensuring successful adoption and long‑term success.

Responsibilities include guiding architecture and deployment strategies, conducting health checks, running workshops, and collaborating with Support, Engineering, and Product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in End User Computing.
• Strong enterprise architecture and modern IT environment understanding.
• Experience with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Relevant certifications such as OCA-H or OCA-W are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned customers using Workspace ONE and Horizon.
• Drive customer success by aligning Omnissa solutions with business objectives and outcomes.
• Provide guidance on architecture, deployment strategies, and best practices across Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, Intelligence) and Horizon (VDI, DaaS).
• Conduct regular account reviews, health checks, and roadmap discussions to ensure optimal adoption and performance.
• Deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Act as the voice of the customer—advocating for feedback and influencing product innovation and enhancements.
