Job summary

Dyflexis in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to grow our enterprise client portfolio. You will own renewals, upsells to higher packages, and contract expansions with existing clients, presenting value and ensuring a smooth close.

You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, staying organized, proactive, and results-driven, travel as needed, and leverage our strong product in workforce management to unlock opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Proven experience renewing or expanding enterprise contracts.
• Able to switch between accounts and priorities independently.
• Willing to travel to see clients face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Renew and expand contracts with existing enterprise clients.
• Spot and pursue upsell opportunities across client base.
• Keep churn low and client satisfaction high.
• Own the deal from spotting opportunity to signature.
