Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own renewals and expansions within our enterprise client base in The Hague. You will drive upsell opportunities, reduce churn, and lead deals through to signature, working in a hybrid model with Dutch and English proficiency.

This role emphasizes strategic account growth and close collaboration with the customer success team. You will focus on moving clients to higher packages, spotting opportunities early, and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B sales.
• Experience renewing or growing enterprise contracts.
• Willing to travel to meet clients.
• Fluent Dutch and good English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renew and expand enterprise contracts to higher packages.
• Spot and pursue upsell opportunities across the client base.
• Minimize churn and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Own the deal from spotting opportunity to signature.
