Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Solution Executive, Enterprise AI for the Benelux and Nordics regions. You will own a named enterprise territory, lead end-to-end solution selling for the Teamwork Collection, and partner with cross-functional teams to win large-scale AI-enabled deals.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and CS to uncover expansions, articulate value, and influence product direction while aligning to GTM strategy and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

Five+ years closing complex B2B SaaS deals in enterprise settings.
Proven success selling to VP and C-level executives.
Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar methodologies.
Strong understanding of collaboration, productivity, or work management solutions.
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with GTM teams (SEs, SDRs, Partners, CS).
Experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline and drive data-driven decisions.
Consistently met or exceeded revenue quotas.
Working knowledge of AI in enterprise workflows or AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Own territory of named enterprise accounts across Benelux and Nordics, building a consultative sales strategy.
Lead end-to-end solution selling motions, from discovery to close, comparing Atlassian's Teamwork Collection against competitors.
Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.
Champion customer needs to influence product roadmap with feedback to engineering.
Manage pipeline and territory planning in Salesforce and report progress clearly.
