Job summary

Atlassian in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Customer Success Architect (AI) to lead enterprise AI engagements and drive measurable value from the Rovo platform. You will operate across Sales and Success, building repeatable playbooks and enabling teams to scale AI adoption.

You will partner with Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Product to deliver guidance and solutions, and travel up to 15% domestically and internationally for key customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Customer Success, AI consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise SaaS solutions and complex activations.
• Ability to design repeatable, scalable engagement playbooks for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead time-boxed, co-built technical engagements to drive measurable AI adoption values.
• Co-build custom Rovo agents and configure integrations with enterprise knowledge sources.
• Design solutions using Jira, Confluence, and Rovo Studio tailored to customer workflows.
• Own the engagement methodology and train teams on capabilities and standards.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, CS Managers, Product, and Engineering to plan activation journeys.
