Job summary

Atlassian in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Solution Executive, Enterprise AI to own a territory across Benelux and Nordics, driving consultative sales of the Teamwork Collection with AI capabilities. You will lead end-to-end solution selling from discovery through to close, partnering with Account Executives, SDRs, SEs, Partners, and CS to maximize value for large enterprise customers.

• Extensive B2B SaaS closing experience with enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to sell to VP and C-level executives.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory across Benelux and Nordics and drive end-to-end solution selling.
• Partner with AEs, SDRs, SEs, strategic partners, and CS to expand accounts.
• Articulate and defend Atlassian Teamwork Collection value against competition.
• Manage pipeline and territory planning, report progress in Salesforce.
