Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience managing large, complex projects and enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record within the KVM and AV industry, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong business development and hunting capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities.
• Experience building executive-level relationships with C-Level decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel >50%.

Responsibilities

• Analyse target markets and industries with emphasis on trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and grow the project and solution business in the control room ecosystem across assigned verticals.
• Identify and develop new customers and system integrators through events, partner management, and account management.
• Quota carrying and achieving order and revenue targets as well as gross profit for the area.
• Provide input for marketing campaigns and client engagement.
• Forecast planning on a monthly basis.
• Manage opportunities using Salesforce and regularly review large or strategic opportunities.
