Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist (Dutch speaking) in Amsterdam. You will own onboarding for Enterprise clients, driving adoption of the Perk platform and guiding technical integrations and open APIs.

You’ll mentor the Implementation team and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Finance to ensure long-term success. The role emphasizes consultative problem solving, effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences, and delivering a 7-star client experience

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of change management and adoption strategies.
Strong consultative approach to gather client requirements and translate into onboarding plans.
Ability to guide clients through integrations, automations and platform features.

Responsibilities

Be the first impression of Perk for clients and escalations, delivering 7-star service.
Own timeline, rollout plan and onboarding, coordinating internal teams.
Lead change management, drive adoption, and provide guides, templates and recommendations.
Act as a technical solutions expert for client needs with integrations and API setups.
Deliver tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executives.
Lead cross-functional projects and align internal stakeholders on ramp‑up goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Finance.
