Perk is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to own onboarding and successful adoption for Enterprise clients. You will guide clients from signup to launch, configuring accounts, supporting integrations, and delivering tailored training for long-term success.

You will translate technical concepts for diverse audiences, mentor the Implementation team, and work with cross-functional groups to ensure a 7-star client experience.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first impression of Perk and the primary contact for clients during implementation, delivering 7-star service.
• Gather requirements through consultative conversations and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Own timelines, rollout plans, and account management during implementation, coordinating with internal teams.
• Lead change management and adoption, guiding customers through new travel tool policies and processes.
• Identify best solutions for client needs, prioritizing automations and platform capabilities.
• Configure client accounts, support integrations, and troubleshoot with marketplace partners or custom APIs.
• Deliver tailored training for new customers, including executives and company-wide training.
• Lead cross-functional projects and keep stakeholders aligned on ramp-up goals.
• Prioritize accounts based on client and business needs.
• Explain implementation plans to Pre-Sales and show platform value to prospects.
• Monitor post-launch usage and provide proactive support and recommendations.
• Review implementations to improve processes and team performance.
• Mentor colleagues and exemplify best practices.
