Job summary

Perk Inc. is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist (Dutch-speaking) to lead onboarding and adoption for Enterprise clients.

You will bridge Perk Travel platform capabilities with client needs, guiding configuration, integrations, and tailored training to ensure a 7-star experience from sign-on to long-term success. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering and Finance, mentor the Implementation team, and advocate a consultative, data-driven approach to optimize client outcomes

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients throughout implementation and deliver 7-star service.
• Gather requirements and provide data-driven best-practice recommendations.
• Own the timeline, rollout plan and onboarding with strong project management.
• Lead change management and adoption for customers onboarding a new tool.
• Configure client accounts and support integrations with marketplace partners or custom APIs.
• Deliver tailored training sessions for newly onboarded customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Finance.
