Job summary

Perk is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to own onboarding and successful adoption for our Enterprise clients. You will define the onboarding strategy, lead change within the customer's organization, and ensure a 7-star experience from first contact through long-term success.

You will configure client accounts, support integrations, and guide IT teams with marketplace partners or custom-built API solutions, while mentoring the team and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression of Perk for clients and escalations, delivering 7-star service.
• Gather client requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Own the timeline, rollout plan, and onboarding with strong project management.
• Lead change management, adoption, and customer training.
• Configure accounts, support integrations, and guide IT teams through API solutions.
• Plan and deliver tailored training for new customers, including executives.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering and Finance.
• Mentor the Implementation team and wider Revenue organization.
