People 2.0, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist for our EMEA Payroll and Billing Team in Amsterdam, NL. This role focuses on accurate, timely payroll processing, billing, and compliance across our Dutch operations.

The position is hybrid with onsite presence required twice weekly at the Amsterdam office. You will support data quality, respond to complex inquiries, and stay updated on country-specific payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Dutch payroll administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll and billing for all employees.
• Maintain payroll systems ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Resolve complex payroll inquiries and escalations from clients and employees.
