Job summary

Epassi is seeking a dedicated People Operations & Payroll professional to ensure accurate employee records and timely payroll processing for the Netherlands. You will support the employee lifecycle, maintain HRIS data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes.

You will bring strong Dutch payroll experience, hands-on HR administration, and a data-driven mindset to a hybrid-work environment in Amsterdam, contributing to a fast-growing tech company reshaping employee

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong Netherlands payroll experience, end-to-end.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• High attention to data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience with HRIS and modern workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee administration across the full lifecycle (contracts, onboarding, changes, leave, offboarding).
• Run the monthly Netherlands payroll from start to finish; handle inputs and corrections.
• Maintain HiBob records and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Draft and update contracts, templates and process documentation.
• Collaborate with People, Finance and IT to ensure a smooth employee experience.
