Job summary

People 2.0, Inc. is seeking an Immigration and Expat Payroll Specialist based in Amsterdam, with two office days per week.

You will guide clients and migrants through the employment lifecycle in the Netherlands, from immigration to payroll and related compliance. Reporting to the Immigration and Expat Payroll Manager, you’ll manage contracts, 30% ruling processes, and onboarding, while ensuring accurate payroll and timely billing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in immigration/global mobility processes.
• A proactive approach with ownership and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Well organised, approachable and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients and employees on Dutch immigration processes, residence permits, and work permits.
• Create and manage employment contracts, assignments and related migration documents; handle 30% ruling applications and offboarding.
• Process monthly payroll for highly skilled migrants with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage billing activities and maintain accurate payroll data across internal systems.
