A leading recruitment firm based in the Netherlands is looking for an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end Dutch payroll process. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll management and a strong understanding of Dutch labor law. This full-time role offers a remote or hybrid working environment and requires fluency in both Spanish and English. You will act as the subject matter expert in payroll, maintaining high accuracy and compliance in operations.

• Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to Dutch payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Handle reconciliations and payroll accounting tasks with precision.
• Keep payroll data clean, consistent, and audit‑ready.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects across the payroll function.
• Provide occasional support to regional payroll leads when needed.
