Job summary

IMC B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance Team. You will support the Tax Manager responsible for payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining payroll records.

You will execute the Dutch payroll in ADP, reconcile data and collaborate with HR Operations to streamline processes and improve controls. We value detail orientation, an international mindset and the ability to drive automation and improvements across the payroll

Qualifications

• MBO level education.
• PDL certification Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Able to work to high standards in a dynamic and flat organization.
• Approachable, organized, and service minded.
• Pragmatic with a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute Dutch payroll in ADP across multiple entities.
• Ensure payroll setup meets company requirements and records align with guidelines.
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records and verify payroll data.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure smooth hand-offs between HR and Payroll.
• Review and improve payroll and HR-related processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Document and maintain payroll processes, controls and responsibilities.
• Support policies and guidelines related to payroll in collaboration with HR and Tax.
• Drive process improvements and automation, including AI-enabled solutions for payroll.
