Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to own the delivery of managed cyber security services to Dutch clients. You will bridge security operations and client business, keeping services on track, ensuring client satisfaction, and shaping security roadmaps.

You will own SLAs, act as escalation point for security teams, run reviews, and produce reports. You will lead small change projects and drive process improvements, serving as the main client contact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a service delivery or similar role in IT or cyber security.
• Solid cyber security knowledge (understanding, not hands-on engineering).
• Strong stakeholder skills: adapt to different audiences.
• ITIL v4 Foundation (or similar).
• HBO degree in IT, Cyber Security or IT Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage SLAs in line with client contracts.
• Act as the escalation point for operational security teams.
• Run service reviews that look back at performance and plan the client’s next steps.
• Produce performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Be the main point of contact for clients.
• Lead small scope-change projects (planning, communications, scope control).
• Spot and implement process improvements.
