Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to own and oversee cybersecurity services for clients across the Netherlands. You will build trusted relationships, collaborate with Cybersecurity teams and Process Managers, and align operational security with clients’ business priorities.

Responsibilities include managing SLA documentation, driving service improvements, and leading service reviews to shape security roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar service delivery role within IT or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, systems and applications, with ability to connect technical issues to business needs.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management, with adaptable communication for different audiences.
• Strong analytical, organisational and planning skills with experience resolving problems and coordinating projects.
• Bachelor's degree and ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent; CISSP or CISM desirable; Dutch and English communication required.

Responsabilités

• Own service delivery: Prepare and manage SLA documentation, monitor contractual commitments and ensure services meet client expectations.
• Manage client relationships: Act as the primary contact and escalation point, maintaining clear communication and high client satisfaction.
• Lead service reviews: Evaluate performance, address service challenges and help shape clients’ future security roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement: Produce performance reports and work with technical teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate small projects: Manage changes to service scope, planning and delivery within agreed boundaries.
