A. P. Moller - Maersk in Rotterdam seeks a Customer Experience Consultant to own and manage the customer experience for Key Retail & Lifestyle customers, ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment lifecycle execution with the internal teams.

The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships, handling inquiries, driving improvements, and delivering outstanding service while maintaining a commercial mindset in a diverse, high-energy team with strong career development opportunities.

Formación

• Solid background in logistics with exposure to ocean freight.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Experience handling customer requests with a commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers a positive customer experience and ensures smooth end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
• Looks after Key Retail & Lifestyle customers.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders including offshore GSC teams.
• Oversees customer satisfaction with customer interactions.
• Handles incoming customer service queries, issues, and exceptions.
• Understands customers' business drivers and needs.
• Continuously works on improving the business and finances.
