Job summary

Maersk Rotterdam is seeking an internal colleague to join the Customer Experience team and own a portfolio of strategic FMCG and Chemicals customers, driving end-to-end logistics solutions and strong partnerships.

You will collaborate across functions and geographies to enhance service delivery, monitor performance, and push digital adoption, while pursuing continuous improvement and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Internal Maersk colleague with strong customer focus.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within Customer Experience, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Understanding of shipping and logistics processes and digitalization interests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Understand customer business needs and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end shipment lifecycle across multiple transport modes and logistics products.
• Proactively monitor shipments and service performance, ensuring agreed service levels are met.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, logistics, and global service teams.
• Provide visibility on service risks, trends, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
