Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of products and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CRM.
• Good command of English, Dutch and French both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.
• Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and commercial standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM to ensure data quality and process efficiency.
• Support process improvement initiatives and projects that enhance the overall customer experience.
