Job summary

Fluke Corporation in Eindhoven is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and solutions. You will build deep knowledge of FPC key accounts, identify upsell opportunities and protect recurring revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Based in a dynamic, international team, you will support customers in a B2B environment, develop success plans, and communicate effectively to translate technical needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business-related field.
• 1-2 years of B2B experience in the professional industry.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Previous experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships to meet customer expectations with Fluke products.
• Increase adoption, retention and revenue with key accounts.
• Develop customer success plans outlining critical factors for success and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Collaborate, problem solve, and strategize with your team.
