Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technical Customer Success or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform.
• 4+ years in management consulting services.
• Strong communication and executive-level influence.
• Ability to translate technical to business terms.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion.
• Build relationships with IT and business executives in customer organizations.
• Help customers achieve business goals on the Salesforce platform.
• Coordinate the Signature Success catalog of services as required for your customer.
• Provide proactive Salesforce feature guidance based on customer interests.
• Advise on adoption of new features and release schedules and identify potential challenges.
• Triage high-severity cases and communicate resolutions.
• Occasional travel and after-hours coverage as needed.
