Job summary

Horizon3.ai is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow our Commercial business in the French region from our Amsterdam base. You will engage customers, collaborate with partners, and build a strong pipeline across multiple markets in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands native-level French and strong English, plus 4+ years in IT or cybersecurity sales. This position offers hybrid work with in-office presence in Amsterdam and cross-region opportunities.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Experience in commercial or mid-market sales across multiple markets.
• Strong ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with partners and cross-functional teams.
• Native-level French and strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Commercial business in assigned markets through strong customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Create new logo momentum and build pipeline that fits the local market.
• Build and manage opportunities with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Work with partners, distributors, MSSPs, Enterprise sellers, and Sales Engineers to optimize market performance.
• Contribute to partner and territory plans and translate them into action.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Channel, Sales Engineering, and leadership to move business forward.
