Silverlink Technologies in Eindhoven seeks a senior Business Relationship Manager for Industrial Autonomy & Engineering. You will lead executive engagement, shape multi-sector opportunities, and position the firm as a strategic partner with a major semiconductor client.

You will own the engineering relationship end-to-end—driving sales, ensuring delivery excellence, and scaling services across hardware, embedded software, MES, and IT services while mentoring junior team members in a fast-growth

Formación

• 10–15 years in the industry with 5+ years in BD/Account Mgmt.
• Deep High-Tech and Semiconductor network.
• Experience in Electronics/Embedded Product Development.
• Consultative selling and deal structuring.
• Executive relationship leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Executive Relationship Leadership: Build and sustain relationships at VP and senior leadership levels.
• Strategic Demand Creation: Shape large cross-functional engineering opportunities before RFPs.
• Account Growth Ownership: Drive win strategies and expand service footprint.
• Internal Orchestration & Leadership: Mobilize cross-functional teams for strategic pursuits.
