Job summary

Blue Bear Capital is seeking a Senior Business Development - Fleet Management System (FMS) in Amsterdam. You will design targeted strategies to drive growth, nurture partnerships, and close SaaS deals in the fleet sector.

We're looking for candidates with 3-5 years in B2B SaaS or mobility tech sales, ideally within the EV space. This hybrid role offers flexibility with a focus on genuine impact and employee wellness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or mobility tech sales, ideally in EV, fleet, or fuel card industry.
• Proven history of selling into TMS, FMS or Dispatching systems.
• Comfort with data-driven selling: ROI modelling and business case building.
• Excellent communicator - able to guide technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market campaigns addressing the commercial fleet sector.
• Educate prospects on dynamic routing and charging cost optimization.
• Own full-market-cycle deals from discovery to contract closure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
