Treatwell is seeking a data-driven Senior B2B CRM Executive (Leads Management) to own lead nurture and lifecycle marketing across our SaaS products. You will design, run, and scale nurture, conversion, recycle, and win-back programs in Salesforce, collaborating with a multinational sales team to convert marketing-generated leads into active salon partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B CRM or Lifecycle Marketing in tech (SaaS preferred).
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience mandatory.
• Proven track record partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to optimise journeys.
• Able to localise content for multiple markets and languages.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
