Job summary

Treatwell, Europe’s leading salon platform, seeks a high-velocity Marketing Lead - B2B to accelerate growth across 14 markets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll blend strategy with hands-on execution to manage multiple SaaS products (Salonized, Treatwell Connect, Treatwell Expert) and lead a small marketing team with local market collaboration.

You’ll drive network growth by salon acquisition and sign-ups and, with CRM and Product, craft upsell strategies to lift revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Marketing experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Experience with SaaS ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Operational orchestrator across multiple products and international markets.
• Agile & data-driven with focus on commercial outcomes.
• Execution mindset and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-SaaS marketing strategy across 14 countries.
• Lead generation through non-performance channels and collaboration with Sales.
• Partner with CRM and Product to orchestrate upsell strategies and boost LTV.
• Establish Treatwell as the trusted partner for salons globally.
• Lead a small marketing team and coordinate with central/local teams.
