Job summary

You will transform ambiguous client challenges into practical solutions tested in live client contexts across Singapore and APAC, while contributing to scalable, AI-native delivery.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong engineering judgment, and collaboration with senior leaders to drive real client outcomes and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI or ML solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and LLM patterns.
• Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline (security, reliability, maintainability).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with executive-level advisory capability.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem framing to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate business challenges into product hypotheses and execution plans.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value.
• Advise on AI investment priorities and build-vs-buy decisions drawing on cross-sector experience.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery cycles to validate desirability and value.
• Contribute reusable patterns and playbooks to scale AI-native delivery across regions.
