Job summary

parsionate in Amsterdam is seeking an AI Native Engineer with 5+ years of experience building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will embed with clients, design use cases, prototype, and deploy robust, secure agentic workflows that scale across modern infrastructure.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, oversee integration across multiple AI providers, and help shape playbooks for enterprise AI adoption. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience building cloud-native AI solutions.
• Deep expertise in designing and deploying agentic systems for enterprise.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and deliver concrete results.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and observability to scale AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic applications across verticals like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Lead design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define metrics, test harnesses, and evaluation plans to measure accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices for internal and client roadmaps.
