Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer with around 7 years of experience to lead AI-enabled software delivery initiatives. You will design, build, and scale enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern cloud architectures while embedding AI-Augmented SDLC concepts across teams.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with architects and client teams, and help define best practices for AI-Native Engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
Around 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices and API-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and intelligent automation.
