Job summary

NCS Group is a leading AI tech services company expanding its AI Central capability. As a Senior / AI Native Builder you will craft AI-powered products, MVPs, and reusable assets for regulated sectors, working in live client contexts across Asia Pacific from Singapore and regional hubs.

You will lead autonomous delivery, shape strategy with senior leaders, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and value-driven in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/generative AI in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling, including LLM patterns, orchestration, automation, evaluation, and model limits.
• Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline: security, reliability, maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate business needs into technical execution and plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Advise on AI investment priorities, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
