Job summary

NCS Group's AI Central is seeking a Senior / AI Native Builder to develop, productise, and deploy AI-powered products in live client contexts across Singapore and APAC. You will work with senior leaders to turn opportunities into MVPs and scalable ventures.

You'll own the AI delivery methodology, build reusable patterns, and mentor engineers while balancing speed, quality, security, and business value for regulated and mission-critical sectors.

Qualifications

• AI/ML solutions delivered in real-world settings.
• Experience with LLM patterns and orchestration.
• Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline, including security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem to prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans.
• Build and ship AI-enabled solutions using software engineering, model orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make sound trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and business value.
• Advise client technology and business leaders on AI investment priorities, architecture decisions, and build-versus-buy choices.
