Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior / AI Native Builders in AI Central to design, build, and deploy AI-powered products for regulated sectors. You will partner with client leaders, translate complex challenges into actionable AI solutions, and own delivery methodology for regional deployment across live client contexts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of real-world AI delivery experience, strong tooling knowledge, and a balance of product sense with engineering depth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience delivering AI, machine learning, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Strong understanding of modern AI tooling and model limitations.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver outcomes at pace.
• Strong product instinct, engineering depth, business acumen, critical thinking, and technical judgement.
• Ability to balance experimentation with security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate business needs into technical execution and advise at executive level.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
• Fluency in using AI as a practical multiplier across design, code, research, documentation, and delivery.
• Equivalent practical experience valued if degree is not exact.

Responsibilities

• AI Product & Solution Delivery: lead from client problem to MVP or deployable AI solution.
• Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement: advise on AI investment priorities and architecture decisions.
• AI Engineering, Quality & Delivery Judgement: balance speed, quality, security, and scalability.
• Team Enablement & Capability Building: support onboarding and cross-team knowledge sharing.
