Job summary
Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer. You will design and deliver enterprise Java applications, combining strong Java engineering with AI-Augmented software delivery.
You will drive AI-enabled SDLC practices, build AI-powered solutions with LLMs and AI agents, and collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to transform software delivery. A leadership mindset and Dutch language skills are advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Approximately 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong Java expertise with AI-enabled delivery and modern development practices.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-scale Java applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud tech.
- Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Implement API-first, Spec-Driven Development with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
- Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor teams and establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
