Job summary

Accenture Netherlands is seeking a Senior AI-Native Java Engineer with around 7 years of experience to reinvent enterprise software delivery. You will design and build enterprise-scale Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud technologies, while advancing AI-Augmented SDLC practices.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with architects and AI engineers, and drive adoption of AI-powered approaches, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and API-first engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend Java development experience
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications
• Proficiency with Spring Boot, microservices and cloud tech
• Strong understanding of AI-powered software delivery practices

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
• Drive adoption of AI-Augmented SDLC practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Build AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.
• Implement API-first engineering with OpenAPI and AsyncAPI.
• Collaborate with architects, AI engineers, consultants, and client teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for AI-Native Engineering.
